1. Zero Image Uploads & Client-Side AI Processing (Our Core Privacy Guarantee)

Unlike traditional background removal web applications that require uploading your photos to remote cloud servers for machine learning inference, Remover.in operates entirely inside your web browser:

• No Image Uploads: When you select or drag-and-drop an image onto Remover.in, the image data is processed locally on your machine utilizing browser-based WebAssembly and client-side ONNX neural network execution.
• No Remote Storage or Logging: Your photos, selfies, graphics, logos, signatures, and confidential images are NEVER transmitted over the internet to our servers or third-party cloud infrastructure.
• No Image Retention or Training: Because we never receive your images, we cannot inspect, store, harvest, or use your files to train machine learning models.
• Instant Offline Security: Once the web application code is loaded, background removal calculations occur on your local CPU/GPU hardware.

2. Information We Collect

Because image processing is strictly local, our data collection is limited to standard website telemetry:

• Log Files: Like standard web servers, Remover.in makes use of log files. Information inside log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information and is used exclusively for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking aggregate movements, and preventing DDoS attacks.
• Contact Inquiries: If you contact us directly via email (e.g. support@remover.in) or through our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily submit (such as your name, email address, and message contents) solely to answer your questions and provide technical assistance.

3. Cookies and Web Beacons
