Remover.in provides a free, browser-based artificial intelligence tool designed to isolate image subjects and remove or replace backgrounds from digital photographs. The service processes graphics directly on the client side using WebAssembly and HTML5 technologies.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership of Your Content

You retain 100% full and exclusive ownership of all images you process on Remover.in:

• No Ownership Claim: Remover.in does not claim any copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights over any photos, artwork, logos, or digital assets that you open, edit, or download using our service.
• Client-Side Processing: Because your images are processed locally within your web browser and are not uploaded or saved to our servers, we do not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of your photos.
• Commercial Use: You are free to use your processed output images for personal, creative, and commercial purposes (including e-commerce product listings, client projects, advertising, and merchandise), provided that you possess the necessary rights to the original image.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use Remover.in only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process, manipulate, or distribute images that are illegal, fraudulent, harmful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Process imagery that infringes upon the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights of any third party without explicit permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disable, overload, or disrupt the website's infrastructure, servers, or client-side runtime scripts.
• Use automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to access the service in a manner that degrades performance for other users.

5. Advertisements & Third-Party Services

To provide Remover.in completely free of charge without paywalls or subscriptions, we display third-party advertisements on the website, including advertisements served by Google AdSense.

• Third-party advertisers may use cookies, web beacons, and related technologies in accordance with their respective privacy policies as described in our Privacy Policy.
